URBAN FARMHOUSE
On a quiet urban street this contemporary home feels welcoming, spacious and is abundant in natural light. An expanse of windows capture glorious views of mature trees and the surrounding neighbourhood. Crisp lines and black detailing provide a clean backdrop to the comfortable interior space. The rustic wood floors, painted shiplap walls and schoolhouse fixtures are a nod to the warmth of a lived-in family home ready for new memories. Consideration was given to age in place living with a level entry, main floor bedroom and bathroom. In addition to the main house, this project included a garden suite on the rear lane of the property for guests.
